At our Perthshire workshop we bend mould sculpt and fold wood to create remarkable furniture and public art. We work mainly to commission but also have a range of furniture made in small batches using oak from our own woodland. We specialise in the ancient art of steam-bending wood, a technique used for centuries to make whiskey barrels and fishing boats however we have developed this and blend it with 21st century cutting technology to steam-bend through three planes, extreme angles, partial sections of wood and in a variety of scales.
